Hi, my name is Brian Wright and I've been living with my family in Beaumaris for over 20 years. Our son went to the local Primary School and I'm a member of a nearby golf club.

I joined Aussie Home Loans in 2006 and am now a member of Finsure Finance/1300homeloan and a full MFAA member.

My role is to educate and explain to you why lenders have different home loans and provide you with the information so you can make the best decision for you and your family.

Not all lenders are the same. For example, Teachers Mutual Bank are geared for the staff within the education sector. There is also a lender for military personnel. As of June 2018, another lender has a fixed loan that allows extra repayments and redraw. NOT ALL LENDERS ARE THE SAME. If you have a specific financial requirement, I will research the options for you.

My business operates purely by referral and recommendation.

Mortgage brokers normally have access to the same number of lenders. You will do business with the person you feel most comfortable in discussing your financial circumstances.

You can contact me for an initial chat to see if you would like to do business with me.

My availability is mainly weekends (12noon or 2pm) as clients prefer not to be rushed by outbound traffic or evening public transport issues.
